This means you will experience the ebb and flow of emotions, feelings and thoughts, that is a human experience. They will pass, they always do.
Thirdly ITS OK TO ASK FOR HELP!
When we feel overwhelmed it’s ok to ask for help, when our thinking is getting in the way of living our life to the fullest it can help to talk.
